The aliens keep coming back. No matter how many times they are defeated, they keep trying; hopefully, this is the last time. Choose from four different characters, and try to prevent the aliens from taking over the Earth. Blast through six levels of running, jumping, and shooting action. Along the way, use classic CONTRA weapons like the spread gun, and few new ones, like the powerful flame-thrower and homing rounds. Along with new weapons, CONTRA gets a new look with 3D environments and character models. If the going gets too tough, have a friend help you out with two-player cooperative play. To make the action pop out of the screen, put on the special glasses included in the package and play in the 3D mode. Can you protect the Earth from the alien threat?
