Tail of the Sun is a game about a little caveman. This little caveman doesn't really have any goal in his little life except not dying. So you control this little caveman as he wanders across vast, empty plains, collecting tusks for some logic-defying purpose, occasionally defending against little wandering animals, and eating little pieces of food when he's hungry. It's a lot like a Tamagotchi, except with more aimless roaming and fewer adorable piles of Tamagotchi poo to clean up. There's even a complete day-and-night cycle built in to the game; we assume this is to help remind you how much of your own life is passing you by as you meander across the empty polygonal fields in search of a so-called "wild, pure, simple life." Just remember that every minute you spend playing this game brings you one minute closer to death. And few games have made the prospect of being buried and consumed by worms seem more appealing than Tail of the Sun.
