This game was released in 2000 not surprisingly and it cost (at the time) £10 from Game. I expect a more modern version is available or this could be bought second hand.
This is a good game for 1-2 players though up to 4 can play if you have the right Multi-Tap adapter. When the game starts you have a choice between Exhibition tennis, Tournament tennis or playing a whole season. You can choose to be male or female and left or right handed as appropriate. There are only a few left handed players. As far as I'm aware, they are all real players.
I usually play the Season version. It's the most challenging option. You play every court in the main tournaments throughout the world over a full tennis season. It consists of 10 tournaments and your ranking over the whole season is based on how well you progress in each tournament. For instance, if you win you will receive a higher ranking in the next tournament, than if you lose the first round. The best bit is getting to play at Wimbledon!
