Use of the Imagery and Shaded Relief (Global).mxd on this DVD 
requires that you copy all of the data from the three Data & Maps 
regional DVDs to your hard drive.  This mxd is basically a
combination of the three mxds from the three regional DVDs.  It has
been included for users who would like to view all of the Data & Maps
Global Imagery and Shaded Relief data for the entire world in a 
single mxd.  This will, however, require nearly 14 GB of disk space.
To assemble all of this data onto a hard drive so that you can open 
and use this mxd without errors, please follow the instructions below.
