Why Windows collects so much data:
Windows aims to make everyday use as simple as possible for users and to require them to read and confirm security notices as rarely as possible. Unfortunately, this approach by Microsoft, intended as a simplification, can result in more data being transmitted to Microsoft than many users are comfortable with.

Personalization through telemetry: Which data is used and for what purpose:
Microsoft uses most of this data to show you personalized information designed to make your daily routine easier. For example, Windows can remind you to leave for the airport 30 minutes earlier because there is a traffic jam on your route. To provide you with this information, Windows may need to access your calendar entries, your messages, the booking confirmation email with your departure time, your current location, and the internet, such as traffic forecasts.

Convenience features with risks: When comfort becomes a security vulnerability:
Some services log all your keystrokes, share your Wi-Fi access data with your Facebook contacts, or connect your computer to a public and potentially unsecured network without asking. While this means that you or your contacts do not have to deal with complicated Wi-Fi passwords, it also represents a security risk.

Fixed:
Fixed an issue where displaying the Secure Boot certificate status could briefly freeze the user interface
PREM: The main window could no longer be displayed after being maximized and then minimized or closed to the tray
PREM: With autostart enabled, an empty black window could appear in the Alt-Tab switcher after Windows sign-in that could not be clicked or opened (the application kept running correctly in the system tray). The cause was restoring the saved window position at startup, which pulled the hidden, minimized startup window back out of its minimized state so it was not hidden cleanly.
